White-crowned Sparrow

White-crowned Sparrows stop by for a day or two each spring. It looks like the activity around the feeders makes them curious. They forage with the other sparrows for an hour or two then leave. In 2021 a pair arrived in late March and foraged here for a week but were  repeatedly chased away by an overabundance of aggressive juvenile Golden-crowned Sparrows.
